Botanic Garden grounds

Christmas day brought more that just presents to the staff at the Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston, Massachusetts this year. The staff arrived after the holiday to discover that a pipe had burst in the building's sprinkler system. The holiday weekend did not stop our crews from quickly responding. ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning crews were on the scene within two hours of receiving the call to provide water damage restoration services

Altogether, 13 rooms on three separate floors were affected with water damage from the pipe burst. Fortunately, the Winter Reimagined events were able to continue on as scheduled within the unaffected areas of the grounds. Our crews extracted the standing water in the library, hallways, first floor entryway, and second floor offices. Drywall and insulation was removed to allow for proper drying of the location.

The total damage restoration was complete in eleven days and the Botanic Garden was up and running at full capacity in time for its January events.
