"Andrew was the best. I had a few other companies in to give me quotes on cleaning. He came in and took control of the situation. Having a team of men come in and get the water out of the basement right away. Due to my insurance not paying your company he made special arrangements for me to pay the bill. Having a few extra days made a huge difference with the payment coming out of pocket. Andrew treated me wonderfully and I really don't think another company would have gone above and beyond like ServiceMaster did. I found the other companies didn't care about you as a person. The bottom line with the other companies was the money, when they came in they gave a quote and left. Andrew sprang into action saying at least let me get the water out and deodorize for a reasonable fee. ServiceMaster was the only company to offer this option. That is when I had made my decision to go with your company. BECAUSE YOU CARED!!!! Thank you for making this easy under a bad circumstance!"
