This month's employee spotlight features our Plainville, MA office administrator and customer service rep, Samantha Powers. Samantha is the voice you hear answering the phone when you call for help with all your disaster restoration problems. She has worked at ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning for almost two years after taking a hiatus to raise her family. In total Samantha has been a part of the ServiceMaster family for 6 years. On a typical day, she coordinates all of the jobs and makes sure that the customers are comfortable with the mitigation process from start to finish. Her coworkers love working with Samantha because she is always smiling and full of energy.

What do you like most about working for ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning?
I enjoy my coworkers and having a work environment that encourages you to succeed.
What makes you successful?
Having a management team that is supportive and allows me to work independently but they are always there when I need assistance or a question answered.
What has been your most memorable project?
It's hard to choose one, but what I love the most is when we are able to help customers going through one of the worst times of their lives.
Give us your favorites:
When I am not at work I enjoy hanging out with my children and dogs. I coach youth cheerleading and I am currently working on my bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

A banana is a berry and a strawberry is not. (She's quite a jokester this one!)
